Section 1: Enrollment Process
1.1 Eligibility: All students must provide accurate personal and educational details to ensure a valid enrolment. 1.2 Course Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment. Confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp. 1.3 Access Details: Students are provided with access credentials upon successful registration. These credentials are non-transferable. 1.4 Document Requirements: Students may be required to submit ID proof for verification and certificate issuance.
Section 2: Refund Policy
2.1 General Policy: Mapari Education and Consultant maintains a strict no-refund policy except under certain conditions. 2.2 Refund Eligibility: • Technical Issues: Full refund if unresolved access issues persist beyond 5 days from course start. • Course Cancellation: 100% refund if course is cancelled by us. • Exceptional Personal Cases: Partial refund (max 30%) if applied within 3 days of course start and approved. 2.3 Refund Not Permitted If: • Content accessed for more than 2 days. • Student changes mind. • Lack of course completion or attendance. • Student fails to engage actively within first 3 days. 2.4 Refund Process: • Submit request via email to support@maparieducation.com within 2.5 days. • Reviewed within 7 business days. • Refund, if approved, processed within 15 business days to original payment method. 2.5 Content Recording Prohibition: Recording or sharing course material is strictly prohibited. Violation leads to termination without refund.
Section 3: Attendance, Access, and Certification
3.1 Attendance Requirement: Minimum 70% attendance (live or recorded) is mandatory for certificate eligibility. 3.2 Course Access Duration: As per course package. Lifetime access provided only where explicitly stated. 3.3 Certificate Issuance: Certificates will be issued within 30 days of course completion, provided eligibility is met. 3.4 Duplicate Certificate: Charged at ₹50 per duplicate issued on valid request.
Section 4: Employment Policy
4.1 Job Assistance: Support is provided for resume preparation, internships, and job links. Placement is not guaranteed. 4.2 Internships: Offered based on course performance, behavior, and availability. 4.3 Employee Conduct & Fraud Prevention: • Confidentiality: Employees must not disclose confidential data. • Fraud Prohibition: Unauthorized personal payments, fake invoices, or misrepresentation will lead to disciplinary action. 4.3.3 Disciplinary Action: • Immediate termination without notice. • Forfeiture of dues and incentives. • Legal action under relevant laws. 4.3.4 Reporting Misconduct: Duty to report any fraudulent activity. 4.3.5 Code Compliance: Strict adherence to protocols, sales ethics, and confidentiality agreements.

5.1 Information Collected: Name, contact, educational documents, device info, IP, preferences. 5.2 Data Usage: Service delivery, analytics, marketing, support, and legal compliance. 5.3 Data Sharing: Only with authorized providers. No sale of data. 5.4 Cookies: Used to enhance experience. Section 7: Income Tax and GST Filing Services
7.1 No Refunds for Services: Once initiated, no refunds. 7.2 No Guarantee of Outcome: Based on client inputs; no refund/approval assurance. 7.3 Limitation of Liability: Not responsible for inaccurate client data or filing delays. 7.4 Responsibility of Accuracy: Clients ensure data accuracy and respond to notices promptly. 7.5 Communication Disclaimer: Assistance only with premium support engagement. 7.6 Scope & Billing: Follow-ups and additional requests billed separately. 7B.1 Premium Client Services: Dedicated manager, priority support, compliance reminders. 7B.2 Additional Work: Out-of-scope tasks billed separately.
Section 9: DBS Program Rules
9.1 Objective: 7-day digital brand setup for solopreneurs & small businesses. 9.2 Services: Social profiles, content strategy, design kit, lead tracker, SEO. 9.3 License: For personal use only; no redistribution. 9.4 No Guarantee: Results depend on client execution. 9.5 Non-refundable Fee: ₹999 non-refundable. 9.6 Support: WhatsApp/email guidance during setup. 9.7 Template Validity: 3 months; renewals available. 9.8 Ownership: Client owns logins post-setup. 9.9 Associates: Commission-based referrals on approval.

Incorrect contact info is student’s responsibility. 13.5 Non-transferable Access: Credentials assigned to one user. 13.6 Security: Keep credentials secure; misuse leads to suspension. 13.7 Progress Tracking: Completion and quizzes tracked via portal.
Section 14: Job Assistance & Placement
14.1 Job Portal: Access to partner opportunities; no placement guarantee. 14.2 No Charges: Free job referrals; no hidden fees. 14.3 Official Communication: Via portal, verified email, or WhatsApp. 14.4 Eligibility: 80% attendance, valid certificate, resume readiness. 14.5 Conduct: Professional behavior required; misconduct leads to ban. 14.6 Blacklisting: Fake documents or fraud leads to permanent ban. 14.7 No Fees: Report any payment demands immediately.

Section 16: Offline Class Policy
